Processing Time

after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed
on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to
customs clearance or carrier delays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders
worldwide. No minimum spend required.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation
email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days
for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties
or import taxes in the destination country. These
charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not
included in our prices.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the
estimated delivery date, please contact us at
